It's official! After much speculation, News has confirmed that "Jersey Shore" star Snooki is expecting her first child and is engaged to her boyfriend Jionni Lavalle.
"We can officially confirm that Polizzi 'Snooki' Nicole is pregnant and engaged to her boyfriend Jionni Lavalle," his representative said in a statement. "Nicole is very excited to finally share their happy news with her fans."
Snooki, who is currently filming her spin-off of "Shore" Jwoww bestie, sparked rumors last month about a possible pregnancy, but quickly shot down. The rumors appeared back up again this week, and Snooki not have to keep good news secret any longer.
"We wish Nicole a healthy and happy pregnancy, and congratulations on your engagement," said an MTV spokesman in a statement. "We support it, which begins this new chapter in his life."
