Stefano Langon signed with Hollywood Records, making it the seventh of the 10 finals of American Idol season is to get a big record deal.
"It feels great, man, it feels great," a native of Bellevue, Wash., said on Wednesday.
Langon, ready, which has seven of last season's Idol were in the studio for about a month, working with the songs and production team, including the Mafia Rock and Jackie Boyz. "Now I have nine or 10 songs that could be part of the album, but we are always for the best sound, best songs," he says. "We have really just begun."
Langon said that his music is pop / R & B with an eye towards the Latin market. "We are looking for some songs, we can probably write half-Spanish/half-English. At this moment we do not have all that are in Spanish, but we are looking at this and see where we go with him."
Hollywood wants to release the first single Langon this spring, according to the album in the summer.
Langon, 22, says he always began to interest record companies when it was liquidated. "I was in Los Angeles, because I always had the eyes of producers," he says. "I have a lot of slow jams when I was at the show, but he sang countless songs for different producers, and they knew what I could do."

Stefano is the second vocalist Idol contract this week to announce. Casey Abrams on Tuesday broke the news that he signed with Concord Music Group.
