In her first red carpet appearance since her split from stupid joke Brit Russell Brand, Katy Perry has appeared in Las Vegas charity event sporting blue hair and a smile.


The dress with metal studs, Perry looked far from the blue when she posed for photos to arrive on Friday at the Mirage Hotel GiveLove.org support the cause, which helps earthquake victims in Haiti.
