RHCP postpone tour after Kiedis surgery


One of the risks of being a rock star: all that jumping around on stage can take its toll.

Red Hot Chili Peppers just announced they must postpone the start of their U.S. tour because of "multiple injuries" feet suffered by lead singer Anthony Kiedis.

Kiedis recently underwent surgery to remove crushed bone and to correct detached tendons in his leg. Therefore, he was spotted at the Lakers game on crutches. Damage to return at least until 2007, when he explained, had broken bones after jumping out of the bass drum.

His reps say that it is "expected that a full recovery.
