Chris Brown club incident still under investigation

Firm Miami-Dade State Attorney is still "a review of information and discussions with interested parties" after the alleged incident involving Chris Brown and the fan on the iPhone, Miami NBC 6 reported.

Contrary to rumors, no charge was made on Friday and Brown reportedly not been contacted by attorneys.

Previously, the police told NBC 6 that Brown has taken the fan took a photograph of the phone after the singer leaves the Cameo Club South Beach, along with rapper Tyga.

Fan, Christal Spann, reportedly told police Brown reached through the window of his Bentley and pulled the phone from her hands, allegedly telling her, "B **** is not going to put that in any website."

Police called the alleged incident a "robbery by sudden snatching."

Brown, coming off the highs of the Grammy winning single and a pair of new remixes with ex-girlfriend - and his former target groups Assault - Rihanna, left for five years to 2009 attack attempts.

On Friday, TMZ posted paparazzi video Brown posing for photos with fans and move off without answering the question whether he stole the phone, as well as material from Spann and her friends talking to police by the alleged theft.

"I just want my phone back!" Spann says in the film.
