Adam Lambert sings with the Queen at Sonisphere Festival in Europe, the singer announced on Twitter on Monday.
"How many suspected, I can finally confirm: I was invited by the Queen to sing a very special concert at Knebworth Sonisphere July 7!" wrote.
Earlier this month, Lambert Twitter that his remarks in the Daily Star in Great Britain for paying "tribute to Freddie [Mercury]" during the event were taken out of context.
"I apologize for coy about details of the last few weeks, but promised to keep it secret as I could," he said on Monday. "I'll be surreal night!"
"American Idol" alum has lent his vocals to the remaining two times the composition of the queen, performing with the band in 2009 "Idol" finale, and November show at the MTV EMAs last year.
Sonisphere is the ultimate party band performance in 1986 with the late Merkurego.Rocker died in 1991.
Date of summer arrives after the release of another solo album Lambert, "trespassing," in March.
