Girls Aloud taunted their 10th anniversary meeting of the countdown on its official website.
Five members resumed his official website, Girlsaloud.com, this morning, kicking off the countdown 10 days prior notice.
Official Twitter Account for the girl group was also set today. So far, only accounts tweet reads: "THIS http://www.girlsaloud.com # GirlsAloud".
It is believed that the band will release a new single next week. Earlier this year, they are working on new material with production and songwriting team Xenomania.
Girls Aloud also reportedly in line to play this year's Royal Variety Performance at the Royal Albert Hall on 19 November.
Pop band released their last studio album, "Out of Control" in 2008, but in March the singer Nadine Coyle has confirmed that the band will reform the Arena tour in 2013 to celebrate their 10th anniversary.
Girls Aloud formed on Popstars: The Rivals in 2002 and went on to great success is the chart before going on hiatus in July 2009 in order to enable team members Cheryl Cole, Kimberley Walsh, Nadine Coyle, Nicola Roberts and Sarah Harding to pursue other projects.
