Green Day is not pulled out of the Voodoo Music Experience, the team announced on Monday.
"Canceling shows is something rare," Tré Cool in a statement. "I never want to let our fans down and we are grateful for the fact that you're all understanding during this time."
The group was first announced headliner for three days of the festival in New Orleans, which they previously played in 2004. They were slated for execution on October 27.
Group postponed several promotional appearances on stage, after the collapse of frontman Billie Joe Armstrong in Las Vegas iheartradio Festival in September. Later went to addiction treatment.
Armstrong issues not derailed the band releases "¡Uno!" bowed at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 last week with 139,000 copies sold, second only to Mumford & Sons "Juggernaut arc for" Babel. "by Green Day will also work with" Breaking Dawn - Part 2 'soundtrack, due November 13.
