After weeks of speculation that it was finally announced that Adele will perform at the 54th annual Grammy Awards on Feb. 12, marking her first appearance since the surgery during vocal in recent years. "I am extremely proud to have been asked to do this year's Grammy Awards," said Adele in a statement.
